Update - School Reopening Wednesday 30th June following the emergency school closure

As you are aware, the academy was closed this afternoon due to a burst water main in the locality meaning that the academy lost its water supply.

We have been notified that the water main has been repaired and the academy water supply has been reinstated.

Please note that the academy will therefore be open as usual tomorrow Wednesday 30th June.

As you may be aware, there is a burst water main along Wharf Road in Crowle. This has meant that the academy is without a water supply.

For health and safety reasons we have no alternative but to close the school from 12.45 today.

Please note that:

- School transport has been arranged to collect students from the academy site at 12.45pm.

- Students who walk home will be released at 12.45pm.

- Yorkshire Water have bottled water available for Crowle residents also effected in their homes on Potts Lane.

- Staff will deliver remote learning during period 5 from 2pm today.

We will keep you updated as the situation evolves. Please contact us via with any issues about your child being released at 12.45pm.
