The Axholme Academy are excited to announce a unique opportunity available to the children of Year

7 to take part in our annual Axholme Academy Big Camp. The event offers our students a fantastic outdoor learning experience at The Axholme Academy on Friday 19th September to Saturday 20th September.

The total cost of the campout is £15 per student. This will include a day full of team-building activities,  games and campsite fun. Friday evening, students will be treated to an outdoor festival-style meal from a local takeaway business before camping out under the stars. Breakfast will be served on the Saturday morning, before the students are collected. The event will start at 8:25am on Friday 19th September and finish at 10am on Saturday 20th September 2025. Students are welcome to bring their own tent or use one that the school will provide.

This is an excellent opportunity for your child to meet new friends and get to know the academy staff, as well as develop new skills.

The purpose of The Axholme Academy Camp is to help students with their transition from primary to secondary school. This will be done through team-building activities, giving the students the opportunity to work together, be challenged to succeed, develop new skills and get to know their peers.
