 A list of useful websites for parents and students:

Kooth – An online mental wellbeing community.  It offers anonymous online support designed to support young people.

RDaSH Eclinic – this is a free app which can be downloaded to any phone.  It is an instant messaging app which allows young people to book a confidential appointment with a school nurse via a ‘live chat’ about any health issues they may feel they have.

Northern Lincolnshire Integrated Sexual Health Service – a service from Virgin Care.  Here you can access advice and testing for sexually transmitted infections, emergency contraception, all methods of contraception, pregnancy testing and referral, support for LGBT and sexual assault.

DELTA – a outreach service that provides support for children and young people (up to the age of 19) affected by their own alcohol or drug use or that of their parent(s).

Young Minds – a website for coping with mental health issues.

Relate – a provider of relationship support

Gender Identity Development Service – a highly specialised clinic for young people experiencing difficulties with their gender identity.

Young Carers – advice and support for young carers

Blue Door – a specialist service providing support for anyone who has experienced domestic abuse and sexual violence.

Life Central – a website for support for students for a range of issues from eating well to relationships and keeping safe.

Children’s Centre – based in Crowle, Keadby and Epworth.  These are places where you can seek advice and support on child and family health, parenting and lots more.

CAMHS – Child  and Adolescent Mental Health Service – for young people and families who are experiencing mental health and emotional and wellbeing difficulties.
