Important Transition Information 

We will create an Academy email address for all parents/carers who are joining us in September 2026. The details will be sent to the email address that was on your initial secondary school application very soon. 

Within this Academy email account there are details regarding transition, transport, bus routes, Big Camp, free school meals, and much more.

Welcome meeting for parents and carers - Thursday 9th July 

Our welcome event is from 3:30pm to 6pm. 

Uniform Direct and Media & Mgmt Printing & Embroidery will be available from 3:30pm

The welcome meeting will start at 4:30pm.

Free School Meals

Key Points:

• Transitional Protection:

  For those who became eligible for free school meals between April 1, 2018, and March 31, 2025, eligibility will continue until the end of their current phase of education (primary or secondary) as of March 31, 2025. 

• New Claims:

  From April 1, 2025, any new claims for free school meals will be assessed based on the new eligibility criteria, which will be fully implemented from September 2026.  Apply here: https://www.northlincs.gov.uk/schools-libraries-and-learning/school-food-and-free-school-meals/

We hold an Open Evening every September - a great opportunity to have a look around the Academy and speak to teaching staff and current students.

Open Evening: (Time: 6pm - 8pm) - no booking required.
Open Mornings: (Time: 9am - 11.30am) BOOKING IS REQUIRED.
