Vaccination UK has been commissioned by NHS England since 2015 to provide school-aged immunisations and outbreak responses for vaccine-preventable diseases in the regions it serves.

Throughout the school year the Vaccination UK team administer vaccinations to those students who have consent using the online consent forms below:
